SermonFlow
Last updated: March 15, 2026
By accessing or using SermonFlow ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time (see Changes to Terms). Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
SermonFlow is an AI-assisted sermon manuscript and PowerPoint presentation generator. The Service uses artificial intelligence to produce draft sermon content based on your inputs, including scripture passages, topics, notes, and preaching profile preferences. All generated content is a starting draft intended for your review and editing — not a finished sermon (see AI Disclaimer).
You must be at least 18 years old to use SermonFlow. By creating an account, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password (see Data Security) and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current information during registration. One account per person — do not share credentials or create multiple accounts. Violation may result in account termination.
SermonFlow operates on a credit-based system. One (1) credit is consumed each time a sermon manuscript is generated. PowerPoint generation is included at no additional credit cost during the current MVP period.
Pricing (USD):
Free first 3 sermons: Your first 3 sermon generations are free — no payment required.
Credit expiration: Paid credits never expire under normal operating conditions. Bonus or promotional credits expire 90 days from the date they are granted.
Service discontinuation: In the unlikely event that SermonFlow permanently ceases operations, changes its business model, or discontinues the credit-based system, we will provide at least sixty (60) days' advance notice via email to your registered account. During this notice period, you may use your remaining credits. After the notice period ends, unused credits will be forfeited. SermonFlow's total liability for forfeited credits shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for those credits, and no refunds will be issued for partially used credit packs or subscription periods. This provision does not apply to temporary outages, maintenance, or service interruptions covered by the Force Majeure clause.
Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe (see Privacy Policy). SermonFlow does not store your credit card information.
All sales are final. Credits consumed on sermon generation are non-refundable because the AI processing cost is incurred immediately upon generation (see Credits & Payment).
Technical failures: If a sermon generation fails due to a verified technical error on our end (not user error, network issues, or browser closure), we will restore the credit consumed. Contact us at support@sermonflow.site with your sermon ID and a description of the issue. Credit restoration for technical failures is at our sole discretion based on our server logs.
Disputes: Please contact us at support@sermonflow.site before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We will respond to all payment disputes within five (5) business days. Chargebacks incur processing fees that harm small businesses. We are committed to resolving legitimate issues promptly.
SermonFlow uses artificial intelligence to generate draft sermon manuscripts and presentation slides. All generated content is a starting point for your preparation — not a finished sermon.
You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before use in any setting, including but not limited to worship services, Bible studies, and teaching contexts (see Indemnification).
SermonFlow does not guarantee:
The pastor remains the herald of God's Word. AI is a preparation tool — like a concordance or commentary — not a replacement for prayerful study, seminary training, theological counsel, or denominational guidance.
Generated content should never be delivered to a congregation without thorough pastoral review and editing. SermonFlow will never offer an "auto-publish" or "direct delivery" feature.
Your content: Sermon manuscripts you generate, edit, and save belong to you. You retain full rights to use, modify, distribute, and publish your sermon content.
Our service: The SermonFlow platform, its code, design, branding, and underlying AI prompt engineering are the property of SermonFlow. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our prompts, algorithms, or system architecture.
AI output: Under current legal frameworks, raw AI-generated text may not be copyrightable. Your edits and modifications to the generated content are your original work and are protected by copyright.
SermonFlow does not claim ownership of your generated content.
You agree not to use SermonFlow to:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SERMONFLOW'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SERMONFLOW IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
SERMONFLOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR REPUTATION, WHETHER ARISING FROM CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SermonFlow, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your use of generated content in any setting, including claims from congregants, parishioners, or third parties related to sermon content you delivered.
By you: You may delete your account at any time from your Profile page. Account deletion permanently removes your personal data, including sermons, profile information, and preaching preferences. Payment transaction metadata (amounts, dates, credit changes) is retained as required by tax and accounting law (see Privacy Policy, Data Retention). Any remaining credits are forfeited and non-refundable upon voluntary account deletion (see Refund Policy).
By us: SermonFlow may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms (see Acceptable Use), with notice when practicable. Upon termination for cause, unused credits are forfeited.
Effect of termination: Export your sermons before deleting your account — deletion is irreversible.
